Real Estate Compliance Auditing Tool

At Side I spearheaded the redesign of a real estate auditing system aimed at tripling their auditors efficiency. To do this I conducted competitive research to identify the shortcomings of their current outdated and overpriced auditing tool. I also collaborated closely with the companies auditors to understand their workflows and identify pain points. To dig deeper into optimizations I performed time studies to assess inefficiencies and mapped processes to optimize their user interfaces. I then led the team through an iterative design process, using rapid prototyping to develop a solution that surpassed project goals despite resource constraints.
